Why leasing might be for YOU!

Leasing a car can be a better option for some people based on their personal circumstances and preferences. Here are a few reasons why leasing a car might be a better choice:

1. Lower monthly payments: When you lease a car, you only pay for the depreciation of the vehicle over the lease term, rather than the full purchase price. This can result in lower monthly payments compared to purchasing a car outright.
2. Lower upfront costs: Leasing a car often requires less money upfront compared to purchasing a car. You may only need to pay a small down payment, the first month's payment, and some fees, whereas purchasing a car usually requires a large down payment or a significant amount of cash upfront.
3. No long-term commitment: Leasing a car usually comes with a shorter commitment period, typically two to three years. This can be appealing if you don't want to commit to owning a car long-term.
4. Lower maintenance costs: With a leased car, you'll usually be covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the duration of the lease term. This means that most repairs and maintenance costs will be covered by the dealership, which can save you money.
5. Ability to drive a new car every few years: If you like driving new cars and having the latest technology and features, leasing a car allows you to do this without having to sell your car or trade it in every few years.

What happens at the end of a lease?

You have a few options, you can:

1. Turn in your lease for a new lease ( its does not have to be on the same model)
2. Refinance and keep you vehicle till you pay it off. Payments still remain low.
3. Just turn the vehicle in all together and shop other makes/models
4. Pay it off all at once.

Its good to note you technically do not own your vehicle until it is paid off. When you finance a vehicle you are still not the true “owner” until the vehicle is paid off.

Some items to note on leasing. There can be mileage restrictions (most manufacturers offers the opportunity to purchase more miles or there is partial miles forgiveness if you come in a lease again). You can also experience some charges to damage done to the vehicle. All of this would be explained in detail by finance manager and your sales representative.
