If you think you know the 2025 Toyota Camry, think again. America’s bestselling sedan has been completely redesigned this year, with a new look, new hybrid motor, and exciting new tech features.

1. All-New Hybrid Powertrain

With the Camry’s EPA-estimated efficiency of up to 51 MPG combined, you can save on fuel while taking the scenic route home. Its 2.5-liter 4-cylinder hybrid system delivers this excellent fuel economy together with 225 net horsepower, the Camry’s most standard horsepower ever. With available Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel Drive, the Camry’s horsepower increases to 232 with fuel economy of up to 50 MPG combined.

In addition to its new hybrid motor, the 2025 Camry’s standard and sport-tuned suspensions have been retuned for more athletic handling and a smoother ride. Drivers can also adjust driving dynamics to suit their mood or the road conditions, with Drive Mode Select’s Sport, Eco, and Normal modes.

2. Blind Spot Monitor

Named an IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK+, the Camry comes with eight airbags and a comprehensive list of driver assistance features to keep you protected. This year, a Blind Spot Monitor is added as standard equipment, helping you detect nearby vehicles in an adjacent lane. This system illuminates an indicator in the outside mirrors to alert you, so you can change lanes safely.

The Blind Spot Monitor also comes with a Rear Cross-Traffic Alert and Safe Exit Alert that provide important warnings in parking lots and parallel parking spaces. When you’re backing out of a parking spot, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert warns you if another vehicle is approaching from either side. Safe Exit Alert detects vehicles approaching from behind after you’ve parked your vehicle, so you can wait until the road is clear to exit.

3. Redesigned Cabin

The Camry’s five-passenger cabin provides greater comfort than ever this year, with redesigned seats that have a new shape and density. Its open-concept interior design makes the cabin feel even more spacious, and new design features like the XSE’s artistic leather perforations give each grade a custom look. The air temperature is tailored to the driver and front passenger’s individual preferences with dual-zone automatic climate control, while an air filter keeps the air inside clean.

4. Connected Tech

Inside the Camry, there are five USB ports and a Qi-compatible wireless smartphone charger, giving each passenger a place to charge their devices. Smartphones also connect seamlessly to the Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen using built-in wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so you can view maps, mirror apps, or play your music on the six-speaker audio system.
